Organic Waterline - Pearl White Undereye Lightener and Highlighter

Our Organic Waterline Pearl White is a wonderful under-eye highlight and lightener. You can combat dark circles or just look more illuminated. It is a firm oil-based formula that keeps the application subtle and your skin moisturized.

Directions: Apply a thin layer under your eyelids. You can also apply it above your eyes, under your brows, or anywhere else for highlights or lightening effects.
